Free Nationwide Shipping:
At Buffico, we are pleased to offer free nationwide shipping across Malaysia for all orders that exceed RM 150. This offer automatically applies at checkout, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

Standard Shipping Rates:
For orders not meeting the minimum threshold of RM 150, a standard shipping fee of RM 20 will be applied.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Malaysia.
- Expedited Shipping: For those needing their order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please contact customer service for rates and details.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site. This will allow you to track your order and estimate the delivery date.

Damaged or Lost Orders:
We take great care in packaging your order, but in the event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately to file a claim and discuss a resolution.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We are looking to expand our shipping capabilities in the future to include international destinations.

Changes and Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has shipped.
